About The Event
Mountain Precision Rifle is the fourth installment in the series of Max Ordinate precision rifle courses for shooters focusing on application of High Angle marksmanship principles in a mountainous environment
with an emphasis on terrain traversing, alternate position usage, and gear / tripod employment. During this one (1) day training evolution students will apply high angle mathematical theory and Max Ordinate’s Rule of 15 at numerous targets out to 1,000 yards in a 270 degree shooting environment. This course is designed to present the student with the challenges of position selection and stability improvement while calculating changing wind directions and speeds. This course is medium paced designed to present the appropriate amount of information with a quick transition to range time.
