Max Ordinate :: Desert Duel - Precision Rifle Competitions

Thank you for registering for the September Desert Duel team competition hosted by Max Ordinate Academy. This is a Best of the West Series match. 

Match will be up to 8 stages & 80 rounds. For the team aspect, both shooters will navigate the designed stage with a par time of 3 min. Only one shooter may engage at a time. One team member will be designated the "Assaulter" and must be the first shooter on every stage to earn points. The assaulter will have unlimited rounds to hit the prescribed targets for the stage. This is traditionally a Semi-Auto platform but Bolt Guns will be allowed to fill this role. The other Team Member will be the "Rifleman". The rifleman cannot engage targets until the Assaulter has finished their string of fire or chosen to cease fire. The rifleman team member will only be allowed one shot per prescribed target for each stage. Team members can assist with spotting, position building, giving wind calls etc all while on the clock. 

Sign in & Zero will start at 6:00am and end at 7:00am. The competition safety brief and answering any final questions will take place at 7:15 on zero range. Shooters can expect a healthy mix of PRS style stages, Field stages, and Moving targets. 

There will be one Bonus stage that will incorporate a Falkor Defense PCC Pistol. Please bring 25 rounds of 9mm Pistol ammo per team for the bonus stage. 

The temps have been drastically cooling off from the summer months so expect pleasant mid 70's to low 80's weather but that doesnt mean do not hydrate!
